We had an incredible experience staying at this hotel thanks to the private access to Legoland and the very relaxing pool area. The staff were mostly helpful, although we did experience some mix-ups at check-in and checkout. The room was spacious and well-kept, perfect for our family trip. However, there were moments during our stay where the service could have been more efficient, particularly at the coffee bar during busy times.
